Play’n GO has announced it will release Temple of Three on the 28th of July 2026, introducing somewhat of a compact 3-reel slot designed around cash coins, collection symbols, and three Egyptian deity features. The game centres on three gods, each connected to a separate bonus pot. Although many players will see the 3-reel format as resembling a traditional slot, Temple of Three actually features several collection and re-spin mechanics that are quite interesting.
The first is divine re-spins, which can trigger when a Treasure Keeper symbol lands on the middle reel. During this feature, the Treasure Keeper moves down one position after every re-spin and collects every visible cash coin in view. Landing an additional Treasure Keeper can reset the number of remaining re-spins, extending the bonus.
Any cash coins that are not captured by the Treasure Keeper are then contributed to one of the game’s three pots. Activating one or more of these pots triggers the Hold and Spin bonus, with the selected deity determining which modifier is then applied for the bonus.
A Unique “Second Blessing” Mechanic
Like most similar games, the Hold’n Spin bonus begins with three respins. Each new qualifying symbol resets the counter, while Cash Coins, Treasure Keepers, Mystery symbols and Instant Prize symbols can all appear during the feature.
There’s also a unique second blessing mechanic that can trigger randomly when the bonus is about to end. If no symbols land on the final respin, the second blessing can randomly add a cash coin to the grid, resetting the respin counter to 3. It’s also interesting that Temple of Three is designed around playing Go’s optional Go Ultra Mode. When activated, Go Ultra increases the available value tiers for cash coins and instant prize symbols, so it’s essentially an ante bet, albeit with a slightly different name.
It’s a fairly exciting-looking release, but there is an obvious question of whether there is enough uniqueness here to differentiate it from the hundreds of other similarly designed games we’ve seen recently from other providers like Blueprint and BGaming. That’s something only time will tell, and if you decide to have a go, let us know in the comments what you think of it!
