Wagering Requirements Calculator
Wagering requirements are where the vast majority of casino bonuses live or die – because a 200% welcome bonus package with 60x wagering is a much worse deal than a 50% bonus with 10x wagering – in my opinion, at least.
However, unless you have a lot of experience with wagering requirements (and mathematics), it’s not always obvious which bonuses are worth claiming, and which aren’t – which is why DashTickets has created this interactive Wagering Calculator.
Enter your deposit amount, the bonus percentage, the wagering multiplier, and the RTP of the game(s) you’re planning to play, and our tool tells you exactly how much you need to bet – and what you’re theoretically working with.
How Does the Wagering Calculator Work?
DashTickets’ wagering requirements calculator uses a number of different inputs to estimate your wagering requirements and potential outcomes.
Values For You To Input
- Deposit Bonus or Free Bonus Money: Select whether you’re working with a deposit match (typical for welcome bonuses) or a standalone free bonus.
- Deposit Amount: Enter the amount of money you’re depositing – i.e. NZ$100.
- Deposit Match %: The actual percentage of the bonus.
- Bonus Limit: Set the maximum bonus amount you can receive – for example, NZ$200.
- Wagering Requirement (x): Enter the multiplier you need to meet – usually, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 30x, or 35x.
- Game Contribution %: Specify the percentage of your bets that count toward wagering – usually 100% if you’re playing slots, 5-20% on live dealer games.
- Game RTP %: Enter the Return to Player percentage of the game you’re playing – i.e. 96.5%.
What Our Wagering Requirements Calculator Outputs
Based on the seven inputs listed above, our wagering calculator provides you with three outputs:
- Total Play Money: Your deposit + the bonus, combined.
- Amount To Wager: The total amount of money you need to bet through before the bonus converts to real, withdrawable cash.
- Theoretical Win: An estimate of where your balance should be after clearing the wagering requirements – based on the game’s RTP. (This is a mathematical average, not a guarantee.)
