Curaçao licence OGL/2024/0412 looks very different on the register today than it did when it was issued on 14 June 2024. Two entries have been added since: a condition requiring a quarterly responsible-gambling report, recorded in February 2025, and a warning dated 18 March 2025 for the late submission of the annual audit. Neither one suspends the licence — its status is still active — but together they show how closely B2C licensees are now watched.
What a reporting condition is
A condition is a rule written into one licence rather than into the law, and breaking it is treated as breaking the licence. The notice of February 2025 describes this one only as “quarterly responsible gambling reporting”. Reports of this kind usually cover how many players set deposit limits or excluded themselves, and how quickly the operator acted on those requests. Once a quarter is missed, the regulator no longer has to prove harm — the missed report is the breach.
The audit warning
The warning of 18 March 2025 concerns timing, not content: the annual audit arrived after the deadline. A warning is the lightest step on the enforcement ladder and carries no fine. It does stay on the record, though, and a second late filing would be judged against it.
Who the licence covers
The register names Dama N.V. as the current holder. The licence lists two brands and their domains, which is why the page of this licence is one of the few in our records that meets every rule for indexing: a holder, at least one brand and a full issue date.
How to read a licence page
Start with the status and the newest event in the status history, then read the conditions. A licence that is active but carries fresh conditions or warnings is not in trouble, yet it is under closer review than a clean one. Every change on the record is dated and linked to the regulator’s notice, so it can be checked at the source.
