Diagram of six casino brands moving from one operator to two new operators

Dama N.V. is one of the best-known names in Curaçao online gambling, yet on 12 September 2026 we could not verify a single casino it currently operates. Five brands whose older terms named Dama as owner and operator — PlayAmo, Slotum, 7Bit Casino, mBit Casino and KatsuBet — now name a different company, and a sixth, Spirit Casino, names two operators on the same page.

Where the brands went

The moves split into two groups. PlayAmo and Slotum now name Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company registered under number 3-102-893958 that holds a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. PlayAmo’s switch is visible when its terms of 2 August 2022, which name Dama, are compared with the current terms dated 10 March 2026. Slotum’s current terms carry a date of 12 June 2025.

7Bit Casino, mBit Casino and KatsuBet now name Scores55 Tech B.V. (registration 162990), which runs all three under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. mBit’s player terms were updated on 9 March 2026. 7Bit’s About page and footer are undated, so we record the day we observed them.

The Spirit Casino contradiction

Spirit Casino is the odd one out. The licence section of its About page says Dama N.V., registration 152125, owns the casino under licence OGL/2023/174/0082. The footer of the same page names Stable Tech N.V. (160129) under licence OGL/2024/161/0191. Neither statement is dated. Until one of them is corrected, we list Spirit Casino as an inconsistent operator statement, not as a Dama brand.

Why the operator name matters to players

The operator named in the terms is the company a player’s contract is with: it holds the balance, handles complaints and answers to the regulator. When that name changes, the licence behind the site can change too — PlayAmo players are now covered by a Tobique licence instead of a Curaçao one. Before depositing, read the operator name and licence number in the footer and the terms, then look them up in the regulator’s own register.

Dama itself remains licensed. The Curaçao Gaming Authority register of 3 September 2026 lists it with B2C licence OGL/2023/174/0082, status Indefinite, issued on 24 December 2025.
