Formats include MEGA Chance, with rolling of dice and unlocking cities mechanics, and MEGA Round based on a prize wheel. Operators can set design and rewards, like spins, bets or bonus money. The June 2026 software announcement of Soft2Bet introduced the development of Betinia and Swiper application with possibility to adjust text size and voice navigation.

On 27 June 2024, Soft2Bet announced new venture called Soft2Bet Invest for investment in gambling and casual games business. The announced fund size was €50 million, the company could invest between €500,000 and €1 million in each company. Growing as well as established businesses were targeted, the areas of interests were artificial intelligence, customer acquisition, behavioral science and games software.

Uri Poliavich is identified as the founder by the company, Soft2Bet, in the company’s news of Soft2Bet Invest. The announcement by the company in May 2025 introduced Martin Collins as the Chief Business Development Officer and Nicolas Campano as the LATAM Sales Director. Andrew Cochrane was identified as the Chief Commercial Officer in the company’s June 2026 announcement.

The operator and data controller for the corporate site’s privacy policy version 1.1, published in September 2024, are Estata Limited. The document refers to the operator as a Cypriot company whose registered address is Griva Digeni, 28, first floor, 1066 Nicosia, Cyprus. The gambling documents examined mentioned Maltix Limited, Scandix Limited, Romix Limited, Denix Limited and Canadix Limited with regard to particular websites.

The licence information provided by Malta Gaming Authority for Maltix Limited indicated that the licence MGA/B2C/486/2018 had the status “Licensed” on 15 October 2026 and covered Type 1 casino services and Type 2 fixed-odds betting, including live betting. The websites associated with the licence included those of Betinia, CampoBet and ToonieBet ending in .com, along with Winota.com. MADRE was recorded as the approved alternative dispute resolution provider of Maltix Limited.

Two operators are distinguished in Swedish records. One is Betinia.se operated by Scandix Limited, which has permissions to engage in online gaming and betting activities from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2029. CampoBet.se has the operator license issued to Romix Limited from 22 November 2022 to 21 November 2027.

In Denmark, the regulator distinguishes Denix Limited with online-casino and betting permissions. The entry includes five sites: Betinia.dk, CampoBet.dk, Betoro.dk, Swiper.dk and CasinoMoto.dk. Permission in Greenland was mentioned in the same record. In Ontario, iGaming Ontario mentions Canadix Limited as the operator of Betinia, Swiper and ToonieBet sites, whose gambling categories are indicated in sports-betting and casinos.

The table covers the group’s brands at nine national websites in Sweden, Denmark and Ontario, plus Don.ro in Romania. A brand may occur at several national websites. Scandix and Romix have been identified in the Swedish list, Denix at the Danish sites, Canadix at the Ontario locations and Maltix on the Malta Gaming Authority licence.

Don.ro. The 13 December 2023 Soft2Bet’s news announced Don.ro as the first market launch in Romania. It identified Balkanix Limited as the operator. The press-release talked about the casino and sportsbook launched with Soft2Bet's platform and MEGA technology. At launch, the list of games offered by the online casino included more than 1,200 slots, table and live-dealer games.

2026 launches. The group’s Q1'2026 update listed the brand launch round involving such brands as Lodur (Sweden), Zinx (Romania) and Betinia, Betoro and QuickCasino (Denmark). Additionally, Soft2Bet informed about sports partnerships with the Oshawa FireWolves, Rock League Curling and CFR Cluj, and about Betinia League and CampoBet Division in Denmark. For the next quarter, the company reported that it had submitted a licence application in Alberta and was exploring Spain and Portugal.

Other domains. The MGA licence of Maltix Limited also lists Winota.com, and the Danish record of Denix Limited also lists CasinoMoto.dk.

Spelinspektionen reprimanded Romix Limited regarding its information obligations on 15 December 2025. The regulator's announcement of 17 December included an inspection of the websites of six licensees. It involved checking the information which operators should provide including contact details and information related to responsible gambling. Among five licensees that have been reprimanded, Romix was included, and another licensee was ordered to make amendments to its website.

Investigate Europe's article of 8 July 2026 alleged financial and operational ties between Soft2Bet and its partners with gambling websites that were blacklisted in Europe. Based on payment data, documents and interviews, the article referred to Araxio Development N.V. and Rabidi N.V. as companies it linked to Soft2Bet. Soft2Bet denied the allegation and stated that the report was based on a mistaken interpretation of the group's business and corporate structure.

In a follow-up published on 27 July 2026, Investigate Europe said the Ontario AGCO was evaluating the issues raised in reporting in its Financial Investigations Unit and Licensing and Registration Branch. Ireland Gambling Regulatory Authority noted that it was carrying out investigations into the connected websites in connection with taking action for the violation of legislation. Soft2Bet denied having committed any misconducts.
