Rabidi N.V. was registered in Curaçao on 19 November 2019 and offered gambling services via various online casinos. The company has been mentioned in Australian government notices for brands such as Powbet, Rabona, Playzilla and Wazamba. These are old notices about Rabidi’s activities and do not necessarily reflect sites where it operates now. The company was declared bankrupt by a Curaçao court on 16 May 2024, as reported for the first time by its court-appointed bankruptcy trustee. Its Curaçao online-gaming licence was then revoked.
The bankruptcy trustee reported that Rabidi had run at least 34 online casinos. Below there are notices and reports about selected gambling services provided by Rabidi; however, they do not necessarily indicate which sites it runs now.

Verification of This Company Profile
The company’s incorporation, activities, management and bankruptcy have been reported by its court-appointed trustee in public documents. Curaçao Gaming Authority's enforcement register contains the information on the licence number, company registration number and its revocation date. Notices from Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) confirm Rabidi as an operator of particular gambling services within the investigated periods.
These sources establish separate facts. An online casino included in an ACMA warning was connected to Rabidi at the moment when the investigation took place. That does not mean that the same casino was operated by Rabidi after the investigation. Also, a continued usage of a certain casino brand does not mean that its operator or licence did not change. This point becomes very important in this case as the bankruptcy report mentions a disputed asset transfer attempt.
What Rabidi N.V. does
The bankruptcy trustee states that registered activities of the company included provision of offshore gambling and betting through the internet, which included games of skill and lotteries. He adds that Rabidi N.V. provided online casinos through certain domain names. This was about the company’s business before the bankruptcy and not a modern one with a licence.
The same report mentions at least 34 online casinos in relation to assets of Rabidi N.V. The mentioned number is greater than the range of brands listed below. The reports do not identify all 34 casinos and do not prove that the websites were controlled by the company after 2024. For a particular casino, an older dated legal disclosure of the provider or regulator will be more relevant than a list of brands of the company made in the past.
There are also connections of Rabidi N.V. with other companies but without making them equivalent. ACMA identified Araxio Development N.V. in notices regarding the same services. Another notice of ACMA identified NovaForge Ltd. as the provider of Playzilla. Hence, a name of the company cannot be applied to each brand and each year.
Rabidi N.V. legal entity and management
Rabidi N.V. was established on 19 November 2019. In the first public bankruptcy report, its statutory address is stated as Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao. The CGA enforcement register includes its registration number as 151791.
According to the bankruptcy trustee, Rabidi N.V.’s shares were owned by Valia Nominees Limited and Interpava Limited, both based in Cyprus. The statutory director of the company was Solutions for Management and Employment Support N.V. (SMES), a Curaçao company. Those corporate records do not reveal the identity of the beneficial owner and the management of each casino.
The identity of the statutory director of the company changes between dated records. ACMA warning issued in March 2022 addresses the statutory director of Allyant Group B.V. as the statutory director of Rabidi N.V. Other ACMA notices and bankruptcy report mention SMES. It shows who the statutory director was at a certain point in time but not the entire dated history of the change. The presence of Allyant in the earlier notice does not make Rabidi N.V. and another company directed by Allyant the same legal entity.
The Rabidi Company was declared bankrupt in the court of Curaçao on 16 May 2024. In its fourth report released on 27 August 2025, the trustee keeps talking about administration of its assets and creditors. These old documents relate to the activities of the company before its bankruptcy. An undated footer on a casino website cannot prove that the bankruptcy or licence revocation was overturned.
Rabidi N.V. licence: OGL/2023/103/0067 (Curaçao Gaming Authority)
According to the records of Curaçao Gaming Authority, Rabidi N.V. has licence OGL/2023/103/0067. CGA Enforcement Register, updated on 14 September 2026, states that the licence is Revoked from 11 June 2024. Also, the licence is associated with registration number 151791 of the company. The licence status is more important than having a licence number on an old casino website.
The first report of the trustee says that the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao informed Rabidi of the withdrawal of the licence by letter dated 7 June 2024 since the company was declared bankrupt and could not meet the licence conditions. The letter date and the effective date on the enforcement register relate to different actions.
The certificate or casino footer with Rabidi’s name and licence number might appear undated, but such a record can establish a historical connection only. It cannot say anything about the active status of the licence on 14 September 2026. A current licence claim requires a current record from the regulator with a connection between the casino and the licence holder.
Casinos Associated with Rabidi N.V.: Historical Records
Formal warnings issued by ACMA serve as dated documents for the following services. These are the selected examples of the historical connections between the casinos and the company, not a comprehensive list for the 34 casinos of the trustee.
| Brand | Date of dated document | Parallel dated document |
|---|---|---|
| Powbet, ExciteWin, Sportaza | ACMA warning dated 18 March 2022 identifies Rabidi as provider of all three services. | The warning does not identify the present-day operators of the services. |
| Boomerang Casino | ACMA issued a formal warning addressed to Rabidi in late 2022. | The warning establishes a historical connection, not a current one. |
| Neon 54, Rabona, 5 Gringos, Alf Casino | ACMA warning dated 9 May 2023 identifies Rabidi as a provider. | ACMA published a formal warning to Araxio Development N.V. regarding the same services. |
| Playzilla, Wazamba, Zet Casino, Slots Palace, Nomini, Casinia, SG Casino and Fez Bet | Warning by ACMA dated 20 December 2023 mentions Rabidi as a provider as part of their investigation. | Later, ACMA mentioned NovaForge Ltd as the provider of Playzilla in its notice of October 2025. The later determination applies to Playzilla but not to every brand in this row. |
| Buran Casino | Mentioned in ACMA’s warning of 20 December 2023 to Rabidi. | ACMA issued another warning to Araxio Development N.V. on account of Buran Casino. This is an independent record of regulation, not the date of a transfer. |
| Mr Pacho, Casino Infinity | ACMA published a warning to Rabidi in March 2024. | The notice does not prove the current ownership or operation of either website. |
The later Playzilla notice may be helpful for reading reviews of older casinos because one ACMA notice identifies NovaForge Ltd as the provider of Playzilla, while the other identifies Rabidi. The notices above are findings from two investigations, not a contract describing a business transaction.
Regulatory Decisions Concerning Rabidi N.V.
ACMA issued a number of warnings to Rabidi concerning gambling services with connection to Australia. They include notices of Powbet, ExciteWin and Sportaza; Boomerang Casino; Neon 54, Rabona, 5 Gringos and Alf Casino; a set including Playzilla and Wazamba; and Mr Pacho and Casino Infinity. The relevant notices are listed in Sources in order that you check the finding for each individual service against its respective dated document.
In the notices, ACMA determined violations of certain provisions of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 of Australia concerning prohibited interactive gambling services and, where indicated, unlicensed regulated services supplied to customers physically located in Australia. An Australian finding must not be confused with Curaçao licensing: both deal with different laws and different questions.
The enforcement action in the Australian notices is a warning. It should not be referred to as an ACMA fine, a criminal conviction or a Curaçao licence cancellation. In addition, the revocation of Rabidi’s Curaçao licence is registered by the CGA on its enforcement register. The bankruptcy was a Curaçao court decision. These are three different matters.
The trustee also states that at least 34 casinos were allegedly transferred to Adonio N.V. according to a deed of 20 March 2024. He found the transaction suspicious and sent letters to contest the transfer which may adversely affect the creditors’ interests. This is what the trustee did; however, these are not the grounds to confirm that all websites listed in the table have been transferred to Adonio or Adonio has become their new licensed operator. The fourth report continues addressing the contested transaction even in August 2025.
