Hollycorn N.V. is an entity registered in Curaçao and referred to as an online casino operator in casino terms, licensing records and in regulatory decisions of Australia. Registration number of Hollycorn N.V. is 144359. The Curaçao Gaming Authority lists this entity in B2C license OGL/2023/176/0095 with indefinite status in the register dated 21 September 2026. ACMA formal warnings

Warnings regard the services provided to persons located in Australia. They do not constitute fines or license cancellations.

Verification of This Company Profile

The licensing record identifies the licensee, provides its registration number, category of the license and status as of a particular date. It does not provide a complete list of the websites of the company or determine who operates a particular brand after changes in its terms. That is why the dated terms PDF and current casino footer are different pieces of evidence rather than one claim about the current operator of the brand.

The ACMA warnings identify the company identified as a provider in a particular case. Such a warning is relevant to the company's history but does not prove that the company operated the same website in September 2026. Operator information listed below refers to the sites.

Where there is no useful operator claim on the site, the brand is only a historical connection.

What Hollycorn N.V. does

Hollycorn is a term for a company that offers online casino games rather than a mere provider of software solutions or a brand name. Older sources refer to it together with Libergos Limited, a Cyprus-based company associated with those same casino arrangements. Golden Crown terms as updated as of 2021 refer to Hollycorn's wholly owned subsidiary, namely Libergos. This is what was stated in that document and not the proof of unchanged corporate relations as of now.

Public history of the company is limited to casino and, occasionally, betting services. A site might change its operator, licence or payment agent but keep the same name and design. Important are relevant documents and dates rather than a static list of “Hollycorn casinos.”

Hollycorn N.V. licence

The CGA licence register was updated on 21 September 2026. Entry 570 has Hollycorn N.V., registration number 144359, B2C licence OGL/2023/176/0095 issued on 24 December 2025 with expiry date marked as N/A and the status of “Indefinite”. The authority warns that its overviews cannot guarantee the validity of the licence at all subsequent moments.

Some of the older terminology regarding casino services cites the Antillephone master-licence reference 8048/JAZ2019-015. This reference relates to a prior licensing arrangement and should not be cited as a description of Hollycorn's licensing status in September 2026 as a CGA entry. Similarly, a Curaçao B2C licence cannot be construed as giving permission to offer any restricted casino services in Australia, which is the subject of the ACMA findings set out below.

Hollycorn Branding and Operator Associations

The documented history of Hollycorn brands is wider than the collection that can possibly be called their present portfolio. The most obvious pattern is the difference in Hollycorn-related documents from the past and an operator's statement on the same casino's current website. Below are examples where there exists some documented connection between a Hollycorn document and operator's statement, and not the grouping of brand names as belonging to the same company at present.

BrandHollycorn-era evidenceStatement on the current site by operator
Golden Crown and SkyCrownTerms of older Golden Crown mentioned Hollycorn; ACMA named it for Sky Crown in 2022.Both current footers mention Metlait SRL.
Neospin, Boho Casino and Lucky Elf CasinoHollycorn was named as a provider of all three in ACMA warning of October 2022.Neospin and Boho current footers name Metlait SRL. The warning does not specify the current operator for Lucky Elf.
Let's LuckyMentioned in ACMA warning of 2022 and also in older Hollycorn terms. The main domain displays an account help notice, not the current casino terms.
CrownSlots and Richard CasinoACMA mentions Hollycorn as a provider for both services.Current content of the websites names Metlait SRL.
Mirax CasinoHollycorn is named as a provider in ACMA's 2023 warning.Current terms name Saphirix Solutions SRL.
Retrobet and SlotLoungeHollycorn is named for Retrobet in 2026 ACMA warning and for Slot Lounge in 2025.Both current footers name Stable Tech N.V.
Lucky7even and RockwinHollycorn is mentioned as a provider of both in ACMA warning of 2024.Both current footers name Metlait SRL.

It is not a list of transfers. Various documents attach various entities to various brands at various dates, but without specifying the conditions of any transfer. It is not even proof that the entity with a similar logo took someone's account or deposit. What matters are terms on the current domain and date of transaction, not casino directory without dates.

Hollycorn N.V. Regulatory Activities

ACMA Warning dated 26 October 2022 named Hollycorn as a provider of Lucky Elf Casino, Neospin, Let's Lucky and Boho Casino. ACMA concluded that the services were supplied to customers who were physically present in Australia in contravention of subsection 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. There was a separate warning to Libergos Limited in relation to those services. Earlier warning referred to Stay Casino and Golden Crown.

This is not the end of the Hollycorn's enforcement history. ACMA issued a Crown Slots warning by February 2025, indicating that Hollycorn was a provider of that service during the investigation. As per ACMA's July–September 2025 report, warnings were issued to Hollycorn related to Slot Mafia, Casino Bello, Slot Lounge, Just Casino, Crown Slots and Crown Gold. In this particular case, the report makes a distinction between prohibited casino services and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services.

In addition to that, ACMA announced Retrobet warning in March 2026. In June 2026, there was a warning related to Lucky Vibe issued to Hollycorn, and Metlait SRL was separately notified regarding the same service. The descriptions provided in both documents reveal a finding involving prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services offered to Australian customers. Neither the common name of the service nor the warnings issued alone can explain the private contractual relationship between the companies. Issuing a warning is an action recorded in the above-mentioned resources. This is neither a court decision, nor a fine nor Hollycorn's Curaçao licence revocation. Hollycorn is not mentioned by name in the CGA enforcement register accessible from the authority's website and dated 14 September 2026, which is a completely different register of a different regulatory body.

Hollycorn N.V. — Frequently Asked Questions

Has Hollycorn N.V. got a Curaçao gambling licence?

Yes. The CGA licence register updated on 21 September 2026 refers to the license OGL/2023/176/0095 of Hollycorn N.V. as a B2C indefinite licence. The record relates to the company; it is not a live list of all the websites using its licence.

Are Neospin and CrownSlots still Hollycorn casinos?

The current Neospin and CrownSlots sites name Metlait SRL as their operator, though there used to be ties between Hollycorn and Neospin and CrownSlots according to the ACMA findings. The link is real, but to treat any of these casinos as Hollycorn's casino would neglect the more recent operator disclosure.

Why is there a warning about Hollycorn casino, which now discloses another company as its operator?

The ACMA finding concerns only the investigated service at that time. Legal disclosures of the casinos may change later on. However, the warning is still part of Hollycorn's regulatory history without implying that the site is operated by Hollycorn indefinitely.

Is an Australian formal warning a cancellation of the Curaçao licence of the company?

No. The ACMA issued formal warnings according to the Australian laws. There is still the CGA register listing Hollycorn's indefinite licence as of 21 September 2026. The two records serve different purposes.
