The same name and address appear in the central bank’s register reproduced in the official Sint Maarten Gazette. The services of Allyant to the online-gaming companies are described on their own website. Meanwhile, a Curaçao appellate decision mentions the management function of Allyant at Dama. Documents from the Australian gambling regulator describe Hollycorn as a casino provider and mention the management function of Allyant at Hollycorn.

It follows that this profile distinguishes three distinct items that can be easily confused: the corporate services licence of Allyant, gambling licences issued to other operators, and casino brands associated with those operators according to different periods.

Also, service pages of the website describe local representation, bookkeeping, financial management, compliance and assistance in obtaining a licence for Curaçao gaming business. These are the services offered by Allyant to its client businesses; assistance in getting a licence for a casino does not mean that Allyant owns the gaming licence of the client business.

The public sources indicate that Nathaniëla Kwidama is the founder and managing director of Allyant. The commercial-register excerpt states that the statutory directors of Allyant are Nathaniëla Margarita Victoria Maria Kwidama and Philip Maartenszoon Humme.
