How to Read the Bullseye Results
Every Bullseye draw produces one six-digit winning number between 000000 and 999999, and all 6 digits matter – which includes any zeros as the start.
Now, unlike Lotto, Bullseye doesn’t require you to match a specific number of individual digits. Instead, Bullseye prizes are based on how numerically close your six-digit selection is to the winning number – so it’s quite a cool concept if you’ve never played it before.
If you choose the exact match, you win Division 1 – and the remaining divisions cover progressively wider ranges around the winning number. Here’s a breakdown:

Let’s take a hypothetical example: if the Bullseye number was 029219, a selection of 029220 would be one number away – and therefore fall into Division 2. A selection of 029269 would be 50 numbers away and, as a result, fall into Division 3.
Why Do Some Bullseye Winning Ranges Wrap Around?
One thing that can catch a lot of players out is that you might sometimes see a winning range that looks a little unusual. That’s because Bullseye treats 999999 and 000000 as consecutive numbers, so the number sequence effectively wraps around if/when a prize range passes either end of those six-digit numbers.
In simple terms, it means that 999999 is only one number away from 000000 – and vice versa.
What Do the Bullseye Prize Results Mean?
The prize table shows the amount payable in each division for that particular draw, together with the number of winning selections. Any Division 2 wins usually pay NZ$10,000 per winning selection – and other cash divisions are funded from the draw’ prize pool. Division 6 itself is paid as a Bonus Ticket.
If nobody manages to match the exact Bullseye number, the Division 1 prize will be displayed as ROLLOVER – meaning there simply was no winner in that draw.

New Zealand Bullseye is drawn once every day, with the draw scheduled for 6pm NZ time.

The quickest way to check a Bullseye selection is to compare it with the six-digit winning number and the prize ranges shown above.
Remember, though: Bullseye is based on the numerical distance between the two numbers, not how many individual digits it looks like you’ve managed to match.
The results here on DashTickets are provided as a convenient reference for you. If you believe you have a winning ticket, please verify it through Lotto NZ or MyLotto.
Also worth noting; under the current Bullseye Rules, prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the date of the draw, and if you win NZ$1,000 or less and bought a physical ticket, you can usually claim directly through a Lotto NZ Retailer. Larger claims, however, are handled directly by Lotto NZ.
