Terms of Sale


1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of advertising, sponsored placements, and related services – which we will collectively refer to as “Services” throughout this page, and the DashTickets website. By placing an order, using our Services, or interacting in any way with www.dashtickets.nz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

1.2 We reserve the right to edit, change, or amend these Terms of Sale at any time. Any edits, changes, amendments, or variation will become effective immediately, once the updated Terms of Sale have been updated on this URL – dashtickets.nz/terms-of-sale

2. Services Offered


2.1 At DashTickets, we offer a variety of advertising services, including – but not limited to – banner advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate placements, and other paid placements.


2.2 All Services are subject to availability and approval by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw Services at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment


3.1 All stated prices on DashTickets.nz are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise specified.


3.2 All payments must be made in full before the Services are activated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3.3 We may charge additional fees for customisations, rush services, or other premium features – any and all of which, where relevant, which will be agreed upon before work begins.

4. Order Confirmation


4.1 Once you place an order for Services, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the agreed details.


4.2 If you do not receive an email, or notice any discrepancies, you must contact us within 48 hours. We are not responsible for any loss of services for enquiries sent outside of this time.

5. Delivery of Services


5.1 We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Services in accordance with the timeline agreed at the time of purchase.


5.2 Dashtickets.nz is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control – which can include, but is not limited to technical issues, third-party delays, regulatory actions, or Acts of God.

6. Refunds and Cancellations


6.1 Refunds are not available once the Services have been delivered, unless required by applicable law.


6.2 If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please contact us immediately. DashTickets reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for any work already undertaken.

7. Content Guidelines


7.1 All advertising content must comply with our content guidelines and any applicable laws and regulations, and this includes any (and all) related to responsible gambling, advertising standards, or legal requirements we are mandated to follow.


7.2 We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any content that we believe violates these guidelines. In cases where this happens, we will do our best to explain the reasons why, where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability


8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or indirect consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.


8.2 Our total liability for any claim under these Terms of Sale shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services – unless required and mandated by a court of law in New Zealand.

9. Intellectual Property


9.1 By entering into any Service(s) with DashTickets, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your provided content. This can include, but isn’t limited to, logos, trademarks, and advertising materials. We may use these content(s) for the purpose of delivering the Services.


9.2 We retain ownership of all intellectual property created by us during the course of providing the Services.

10. Governing Law and Disputes


10.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of New Zealand.


10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

11. Terms and Definitions


11.1 “third-party provider” refers to any party providing services through or in conjunction with us.
11.2 “we/us/our” refers to Dash Tickets
11.3 “website” means and includes dashtickets.nz and any associated pages.
11.4 “you/your” refers to the purchaser of the services and/or the beneficiary of the advertising services.
