Rizk is part of the Betsson group, a Scandinavian brand that is known for its hard core approach to business. When Betsson decides something, it is set in stone. Customer Support
Customer support is fine, as you’d expect from a big business. Think mobile phone operator level of support. Love it or hate it, that’s exactly what you get. This is a corporate brand. The customer support will use the T&Cs as a weapon against you, with a straight face – same as your mobile operator surely does.
I asked the customer support for a list of pokie providers. After contacting the relevant department, they said I should use the Filter function and that I’ll see all the providers there. Not true. How other players rate Rizk Casino

I saw some instances where accounts were closed or withdrawals blocked, but I failed to find a pattern. And that’s a good thing. I would assume people are getting paid here. If there were significant problems, with this number of customers, the word would have been out by now.
Is Rizk Casino legit or a scam?
Rizk is legit.
However, my personal opinion – if you want it – is that this is just the most successful of the smoke and mirrors casinos that playfully gamify you and generate hype. They give you a cool character, a wheel of rizk, daily slots tournaments – they just forget to tell you all their slots are set to sub 94.50% RTP.
How can I give two thumbs up to a casino that does this? To a Betsson brand of all things? I can’t, and I won’t.
