Sure, it’s not the most modern looking site in the world, but it does the job – and in this review, you can learn everything you need to know about what they offer.

Over the past few days I had the task of reviewing Millioner Casino; a brand new online gambling operator based in Costa Rica. If you’re a regular DashTickets reader, you’ll know I’m always on the lookout for new casino sites in NZ, and what do I think about Millioner? Well, let’s find out.

Millioner Casino is owned by GMBL Tech, and it’s one of the newest online casinos in NZ, launching this year, in 2025. In this Millioner Casino review, I’m going to share my honest findings. I’ll share what I thought about their game selection, bonuses and promotions, platform, customer support, and more – and by the end of this page, you should have a good idea whether this is a casino for you.

My Playing Experience at Millioner Casino NZ

Timing: 3 hours
Registration: Quick and straightforward – took just a couple of minutes to sign up.
KYC: Identity verification required for all players (ID and address proof needed before cashouts)
Support: Email, Live chat
Playing time: 2 hours
Deposit and withdrawal: I tested deposits using USDT. A NZ$50 deposit was credited instantly; I was unable to make a withdrawal as I lost my funds playing pokies!

When I first landed on Millioner Casino’s homepage, I was greeted by a slick dark-blue and gold themed interface that looks fairly modern, and it’s clear that the site is going for a flashy, high-roller vibe. On the main homepage you’ll see “Casino” “Live Casino” and “Spots” at the top – the three main sections – with top pokies, casino games, and sports markets further down the page.

I found the layout to be fairly intuitive; if you want to get more specific than the three sections I just mentioned, you can also open the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen to explore more options. Pages loaded quickly on both desktop and mobile, and overall the platform felt responsive, even if it looks a bit dated at times.

Once I created an account – which I talk about below – I made a small deposit using USDT, and the funds were credited to my account instantly. I claimed the main casino welcome bonus, but, unfortunately, didn’t have much luck on the pokies and was wiped out pretty quickly!

I spent a good amount of time browsing the game library and trying out a variety of slots, though. Millioner’s game lobby is impressively organized. You can browse by “Top”, “New”, or specific genres like Megaways, Bonus Buys, Live Casino, etc., or even filter by provider, which is something I always like to see.

I also tested out the customer support facilities. The live chat is available by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking “live chat”, and it took me a couple of minutes to get connected to a friendly and helpful operator.

The site is available in tons of languages, including English, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Czech, French, and others, and overall, my experience playing there was quite positive.

Registration Steps

Registering at Millioner Casino is pretty straightforward and took me just a few minutes. Once you’re on the casino’s homepage, click the “Register” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You’ll then be prompted to select which welcome bonus you want to claim, or choose “I do not want a welcome bonus” if you don’t want one.

On the following screen you’ll be asked to enter your email address and password, and the next screen is where you’ll add personal information. In total, the process took me a couple of minutes, but I was waiting for a few minutes before the verification email arrived.

Bonuses at Millioner Casino Online Casino NZ

Millioner Casino offers a pretty decent selection of bonuses and promotions, and you can find information about them from the “Promotions” tab from the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page. Below, I’ll walk you through some of the main bonuses I saw while reviewing the site.

Welcome Bonus

Millioner Casino offers a pretty generous welcome bonus package to new players allowing you to claim a 200% matched deposit bonus up to NZ$5,000 + 300 free spins. To claim, you simply need to make a minimum deposit of $40, visit the “My Bonus” section in your profile, and activate the bonus.

The main bonus comes with wagering requirements of 35x while the free spins have wagering requirements of 40x. You have 10 days to meet the wagering requirements once claiming both bonuses, and it’s distributed as follows:

  • 1st Deposit Bonus: 50% deposit bonus up to NZ$2,000 + 50 free spins
  • 2nd Deposit Bonus: 50% deposit bonus up to NZ$1,000 + 100 free spins
  • 3rd Deposit Bonus: 100% matched deposit bonus up to NZ$2,000 + 150 free spins

Weekly Reload Bonus Up To NZ$1,500 + 75 free spins

Each week at Millioner Casino you can claim a reload bonus when you deposit a minimum of NZ$40 between Friday and Sunday. Doing so unlocks a Reload Bonus of up to NZ$1,500 and 75 free spins, and the wagering requirements are 35x/40x, like the regular welcome bonus.

Millioner Casino VIP Program

Millioner offers a VIP program, and we know it has five levels – as seen in their “Payments” section within the site’s terms and conditions. Unfortunately, they don’t publicly reveal how you enter the programme, whether it’s points-based or invite-only. Still, they do have a VIP Page where it reveals that VIP players enjoy access to a personal VIP manager, higher withdrawal limits, personalised offers, cashback, and on-site promotions – but that’s all I was able to find out.

Casino Games You Can Play at Millioner Casino NZ

Millioner Casino offers an absolutely insane range of casino games – one of the biggest I’ve ever seen at a NZ online casino site. You can enjoy pokies, live dealer games, casino games, instant win/crash titles, and more, from Pragmatic, PlayNGo, Penguin King, Novomatic, Popiplay, Playson, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming, Pragmatic Live, Playtech, VoltEnt, Amusnet, EGT Digital, Nolimit City, Gamomat, Spinomenal, Microgaming, Betsoft, Merkur, Onlyplay, Blueprint, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Fazi, OnAir, Netent, GameBeat, Fugaso, Gamzix, Big Time Gaming, Thunderkick, Endorphina, Stakelogic, Quickspin, Felix Gaming, Booming Games, Amatic, Bombay Live, Ruby Play, Swintt, Spribe, Oryx, Iron Dog, InOut, CT Interactive, Kalamba, SlotMill, G.Games, 7777 Gaming, Red Tiger, Zillion, BF Games, Evoplay, Red Rake, Skywind, Apollo Games, Amigo Gaming, 1x2gaming, OneTouch, Kajot, NetGaming, Tom Horn, Platipus, Ezugi, Caleta, Habanero, Shady Lady, Gaming Corps, Mascot, Solidicon, Spinmatic, PariPlay, Smartsoft, Rogue, Bally Wulff, PlayPearls, Apparat, TurboGames, Revolver, Salsa Technology, Vibra Gaming, BetGamesTV, Zitro, Givme, FBM, Golden hero group, Kiron, Ortiz, Arcadem, Candlebets, PatePlay, Tequity, Iconic 21, MEGA, AvatarUX, Reevo, Tada Gaming, Aviator, Mancala, Playnetic, Winfinity, Game Time Tec, Rakerocket, VivoGaming, Playhub, SA Gaming, Galaxsys, Imagine Live, Expanse Studios, Digitain Virtual Sports, 100HP, and Hölle Games.

Slots

As expected, the vast majority of games at Millioner Casino are pokies, and there are, literally, thousands and thousands to enjoy. Some of the popular pokies I saw while writing this casino review included Gates of Olympus, Big Circus, Shining Crown, Three Hot Fire, Book of Ra, Lobster House, Amazing Factory: Fire Blaze Golden, and 36 Coins Hold the Jackpot.

Live Games

Millioner has a huge live dealer casino, and you’ll find live casino games from multiple live gaming providers. In the lobby I found live games from Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Lucky Streak, and some smaller studios.

Whether you fancy blackjack, roulette, baccarat, or poker, there are live tables at all stakes, and you’ll also be able to enjoy a wide variety of game show titles too, like Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, and Funky Time.

Jackpots

Millioner Casino has a dedicated tab for jackpot pokies, and here, you’ll find hundreds of titles available. We saw Red Tiger’s Daily Jackpots games, Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins, and all progressive jackpot games are sorted by category, making it easy to find them.

When I was writing this Millioner Casino review, some of the “Hot Jackpot” games were Bonsai Gold, Gates of the Underworld, 3 Royal Coins: Hold and Win, Winning Clover 5 Extreme, and Lucky Lady’s Charm.

Payment Methods at Millioner Casino New Zealand

Millioner Casino offers a decent selection of payment methods, and you can use both fiat and cryptocurrencies to make deposits and withdrawals. As we’ve come to expect, MasterCard, Cash2Code, and Neteller are available for deposits but not withdrawals; Bank Transfers are available for withdrawals, but not deposits.

Method Fee Deposit Limit Withdrawal Limit Withdrawal Timeframe
Bank Transfer 0 N/A NZ$5,000 3-7 Days
VISA 0 NZ$25 NZ$10,000 3-5 Days

Dogecoin 0 NZ$20 NZ$10,000 0-24 Hours
Cardano 0 NZ$20 NZ$10,105 0-24 Hours

Now, the amount of money you can withdraw on a daily/monthly basis changes depending on your VIP level. Level 1 players can withdraw NZ$1,000 per day, or NZ$13,000 per month, Level 2 players can withdrawal NZ$1,000 per day, or NZ$18,000 per month, Level 3 players can withdraw NZ$1,500 per day and NZ$22,000 per month, Level 4 players can withdraw NZ$2,000 per day, and NZ$30,000 per month, and Level 5 players can withdraw NZ$3,000 per day, and NZ$35,000 per month.

The online casino’s terms and conditions page states that withdrawals will be processed within 3 working days, but from what we can see, provided your account is verified, it’s unlikely to take this long.

Customer Service at Millioner Casino Online Casino in New Zealand

Millioner Casino offers customer support through two main channels: live chat and email. There is no phone support, but live chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is something I’m always happy to see. When I was logged in, I approached the live chat facility by scrolling down to the bottom of the website and clicking the “LIVE CHAT” button. I was then connected to an operator in under 2 minutes who answered a few questions I had.

I didn’t get time to try out the email support, but I would imagine emails are answered within 24-48 hours.

Security & Fairness

Whenever I review an online casino, I always check a number of security and fairness metrics – factors that are vital when deciding whether or not a casino is legit, or not. Millioner Casino is no exception, and you can see my findings, below:

License

Now, Millioner Casino does have a gambling license, or sorts; one from Costa Rica. However, in practice, this is more of a business license as there is no Costa Rican iGaming regulator, per-se. I was also unable to find any information on their website showing their online gambling license; it was only after some digging that I was able to come across this information.

Company’s Background

Millioner Casino is owned by GMBL Tech and was launched in 2025.

Security Measures

Millioner Casino conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to prevent underage gambling. However, I wasn’t able to find any information about how long the compliance team takes to approve or deny KYC documents.

How Do Players Rate Millioner Casino?

Millioner Casino gets mixed reviews, like most of the new online casinos in New Zealand. On TrustPilot, for example, they score 3.6/5 on average, with many consumers pointing out that the website was easy to use and that it boasts a huge selection of games.

Pretty much all of the complaints boil down to payments – and the processing times associated with them. Some players seem to enjoy near-instant withdrawals, while others have experienced delays; this is likely due to the payment methods used, and whether or not the account(s) had completed Know Your Customer (KYC) checks or not.

Is Millioner Casino Legit?

Millioner Casino offers an absolutely outstanding range of games, one of the largest I’ve seen at an online casino in New Zealand. With over 13,400 titles to choose from, you really can find pretty much anything you want, whether that’s pokies, live dealer games, instant win/crash games, or virtual sports.

They offer a solid selection of payment methods, (supposedly) fast withdrawals, and some decent bonuses and promotions, too. I’d like them to be more upfront and transparent with their licensing in future, as this is always an area I focus on, and their withdrawal limits could be higher.

Aside from those things, however, Millioner Casino looks to be a pretty solid online gambling website, and I enjoyed my time playing there – even if I wasn’t able to win anything!
