Here at DashTickets, I’m always looking for the best New Zealand casinos, and I try to review all of the latest sites, so you know exactly which casino to play at, and which to avoid! The online casino I’m reviewing today is called Gransino, and it was launched in 2024.

Lumina Holdings Limitada owns Gransino Casino, and it gets generally mixed reviews on the whole. It’s licensed in Costa Rica, but does boast a huge range of games and tons of fiat-based and crypto payment options. Today, I’m going to share my honest experience with you, so you know what to expect when playing there for yourself.

Gransino Casino Rating

Whenever I review online casinos, I always take a welcome variety of factors into account. Gransino Casino isn’t the best in the world, but it does a semi-decent job – and the huge range of games, alone, is enough to tempt a lot of players. Based on my personal experiences of playing at the casino, I’m going to give you a 100% honest and transparent idea of what you can expect there.

Usability 60/100

  • Fiat + crypto payment methods accepted
  • Huge selection of game developers
  • Weak (or non-existent) licensing
  • Limited to withdrawing just NZ$1,000/day

KYC Identity verification is required before a withdrawal can be made, with the process taking up to 10 business days.
Support Email, Live chat
Playing time 4 hours
Deposit and withdrawal A wide selection of payment methods, including cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether, along with traditional methods like credit and debit cards, Skrill, and Neteller.

Whenever I write reviews here at DashTickets, I sign-up to the platform in question, as doing so allows me to get a real, in-depth feel for how everything works. Gransino Casino isn’t the most modern-looking in the world, and it uses a black and gold color scheme similar to what I remember from old-school Realtime Gaming (RTG) casinos. Still, it works, and navigation is mostly fine.

Still, I will say, I didn’t find the mobile site to be the best in the world. There’s no dedicated mobile casino app, either, so if you’re looking for that – you may be better looking elsewhere.

Signing up for an account, however, was really quick and straightforward. You need to input a few personal details – name, address, email address, etc – and once you confirm your email, you’re good to go.

The casino offers a variety of promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus up to NZ$6,000 plus 200 free spins. However, deposits made via Skrill and Neteller do not qualify for most bonuses, something that’s common at most online casinos. The wagering requirements are pretty fair – 35x for bonus funds and 40x for free spins. Most casino table games are off limits, however.

The game selection is massive, and there’s over 11,456 video slots alone! That’s not including casino table games, live dealer games, progressive jackpots, and instant win titles. You’ll also find these games delivered by more than 100+ game developers, so there’s – quite literally – no shortage of games.

Customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In my experience, it was pretty good. Just be aware, however, that quite a lot of players complain online about this – and if a withdrawal is taking a long time to process, you may not find the customer support team to be overly helpful.

Registration Steps

Registering at Gransino Casino is straightforward and similar to other online casinos. You need to enter your email address, select a password, and provide your country and preferred currency. After confirming your account via email, you’re ready to make your first deposit and claim your welcome bonus.

When writing this review, I personally created an account at Gransino, and it took me just a few minutes. I didn’t verify my account, however, which is something I’d strongly advise you to do before you deposit and play.

Bonuses at Gransino Casino Online Casino NZ

Gransino Casino offers a decent selection of bonuses and promotions. Just be aware that some players have reported having issues with having their ID verified after claiming bonuses – so I’d recommend you try to verify your account before you begin playing. Below, I’ll walk you through the different bonuses and promotions you can claim at the casino.

Welcome Bonus

If you’re a new Gransino Casino player, you’ll be able to claim their casino-focused welcome bonus. This allows you to claim up to NZ$1,000 in bonus funds – as a matched deposit bonus – and 200 free spins, which are distributed at a rate of 20-per-day. Now, in addition to this, you can also claim 1 Bonus Crab.

The wagering requirements of the welcome bonus are 35x – which is pretty normal in today’s online gambling industry. The free spins have a slightly higher wagering requirement of 40x, but this is still fairly normal.

Weekly Cashback – 15% up to NZ$6,000

Each week, you can also claim cashback. This is worth 15% at Gransino, and it allows you to claim up to NZ$6,000 in bonus funds. Now, I should point out that VIP players at Gransino are eligible to claim larger amounts of cashback, but the 15% is what all players – from sign-up – are able to claim.

Weekly Reload – 50 Free SPins

I always like to see online casinos offering free spins promotions – as a slots player myself, these types of offers always tempt me! Gransino does offer 50 free weekly reload free spins, which isn’t the most generous I’ve ever seen – but it’s a decent little perk, nonetheless.

Gransino Casino VIP Program

Gransino offers a VIP program, and, if you make it inside, you’ll be able to benefit from a wide variety of perks including a Personal VIP Manager, higher withdrawal limits, personalized offers, cashback, and more. Gransino’s VIP scheme is levels-based, and you can view information from the “VIP Levels” link on the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Casino Games You Can Play at Gransino Casino NZ

Gransino Casino, arguably, offers one of the largest selections of software providers I’ve seen at an online casino. You’ll find titles from more than 100, including ELA Games, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Spinomenal, Realtime Gaming (RTG), Thunderkick, AvatarUX, SmarSoft Gaming, Tom Horn Gaming, Amatic Industries, Fantasma Games, Blueprint Gaming, Playson, Big Time Gaming (BTG), EveryMatrix, and even Novomatic!

Slots

Like most online casinos today, the vast majority of games offered at Gransino Casino are slots – and there’s definitely no shortage of titles to check out. In total, I counted 11,456 slots on offer – and these are broken down into categories like Megaways and Jackpots, making it pretty easy to find your preferred game.

Now, when it comes to RTPs – Gransino is a little disappointing in my opinion. There are a few game developers who’re known for offering their games in multiple configurations – and Play’n Go is perhaps one of the best examples. So, when I started to play at Gransino, I loaded up some Play’n Go slots – including Reactoonz, Wild Frames, and Hugo 2 – and I couldn’t find any RTPs. While this isn’t proof that they’re running at their lowest RTp configurations, it’s quite a telling sign.

However, I then loaded up Buster Bones, from NetEnt – one of the most popular video slots in the New Zealand market right now, and they did display an RTP. They showed the RTP as being 96.07%, which is actually the highest of three configurations offered for the game.

So, this tells me that the casino isn’t running all configurable-RTP games on their lowest possible settings – but with providers like Play’n Go, you simply don’t know, so it might be better to give them a slightly wide berth.

Live Games

Gransino has a huge live dealer casino, and you’ll find titles from multiple game developers including Pragmatic Play LIVE and LuckyStreak Live. There’s a huge range of games, in a number of categories: Baccarat and Dice, for example, contains 49 titles, including Super 8 Baccarat, 3D Baccarat, Fortune 6 Baccarat, and Live Sic Bo, while the Poker category offers 23 titles including Casino Hold’em, Casino Stud Poker, BetOn Poker, and Caribbean Stud Poker.

Jackpots

Gransino Casino offers a fairly decent selection of jackpot games, and you’ll be able to locate all of these under the “Jackpots” tab found on the left-hand side of the screen. Some of the jackpot games I found while writing this casino review include Tropical Pop, Tiki Hut Megaways, Power Stars, Coins of Zeus: Hold and Win, and Princess Suki.

Payment Methods at Gransino Casino New Zealand

Gransino Casino offers a decent selection of payment methods:

Method Fee Deposit Limit Withdrawal Limit Withdrawal Timeframe
MasterCard 0 $20 $20 3-7 Days
Paysafecard 0 $20 $20 N/A
Skrill 0 $20 $20 0-24 Hours
Neteller 0 $20 $20 0-24 Hours
MiFinity 0 $20 $20 0-24 Hours
Bitcoin 0 $60 $60 0-24 Hours
Litecoin 0 $20 $20 0-24 Hours
DOGE 0 $20 $20 0-24 Hours

Customer Service at Gransino Casino Online Casino in New Zealand

Gransino Casino offers customer support in two main ways: live chat and email. While the live chat facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, some players have reported that they’ve run into issues – especially when asking for updates on withdrawals.

The same can be said about Gransino’s email support, although when I wrote this casino review, I did test out the live chat facility and found it to be fine.

Security & Fairness

Whenever I review an online casino, I always check a number of security and fairness metrics – factors that are vital when deciding whether or not a casino is legit, or not. Gransino Casino is no exception, and you can see my findings, below:

License

Gransino Casino claims to be licensed – although it’s worth noting they don’t appear to actually have an online gambling license. Instead, their business is located in Costa Rica – so it’s a bit of a gray-area when it comes to iGaming.

Company’s Background

Lumina Holdings Limitada, a company that was founded in 2024 owns Gransino Casino.

Security Measures

Gransino Casino conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to prevent underage gambling. However, the verification process can take up to ten business days, which is far too long in my opinion.

How Do Players Rate Gransino Casino?

Reading through some player reviews of Gransino Casino, I noticed that player’s feelings are mixed. Some users talk about the extensive game selection, and the large variety of payment methods – including cryptos – while others complain about slow withdrawals, high wagering requirements, and inconsistent customer support.

Is Gransino Casino Legit?

Gransino Casino operates from Costa Rica. They’ve been in operation since 2024, and while they do offer a vast selection of games, payment methods, and decent bonuses and promotions – you should be aware of reported issues regarding withdrawal times and customer support responsiveness. In my opinion, there’s better sites available – but it’s not the worst choice in the world.
