Whenever I write reviews here at DashTickets, I make it a point to personally sign up and explore each platform to provide an authentic perspective. My experience with Cosmo Casino was a mixed bag, to be honest – but it is a highly trusted operation, and there won’t be any issues with you getting paid, that’s for sure.

However, I’ve got to be honest – I don’t think their customer support facilities are great – and one of the first things I noticed was that live chat is only available from one page. What’s more, when I did find it, the wait time to speak with a representative was more than 21 minutes!
I did eventually get through, but this is definitely an area that could be improved on. Plus, despite claiming to offer phone support, I was unable to find a phone number on their website.
