The site does not hold a valid online gambling license, and has quite a few issues that, in my opinion, need to be fixed before we could consider recommending the site – and you can learn all about what happened while I was reviewing the casino on this page.

Whenever I write reviews here at DashTickets, I make sure to register, deposit, and actually play – and things were no different with A big candy. Overall, the site looks pretty good. It’s an Realtime Gaming (RTG)-powered site, so don’t expect the most modern design – but on the whole, it looks fine – although that’s about where the “good” stops.
Creating an account looks fairly straightforward – but when it came to actually registering, the casino returned an error message. Hence, for this review, I’ve had to do what I can with the information available outside of a registered member account. The welcome bonus offered at A big candy is pretty decent. You can claim a 330% matched deposit bonus and 30 free spins on your first deposit – valid on a new game called Sparkling Fortunes. There’s also a no-deposit bonus, which you can learn more about later in this review.
Realtime Gaming (RTG) powers a Big Candy exclusively – and to be honest, the game range is pretty disappointing. I counted 235 games when I wrote this review, and this includes all types – slots, table games, and jackpots. There is no live dealer casino, either, which is disappointing.
Customer support was fine when I initially tested it out – but they didn’t respond to my email later when I was unable to register. Also: a look at some other casino review websites shows a lot of players complaining about not being paid their winnings. A common theme was that the customer support team appears to stop responding when payouts are concerned – so this is something that gives me a lot of cause for concern.
Registration Steps
Registering at A Big Candy Casino is supposed to be a quick and simple process – and when I was preparing this casino review, it attempted to sign up as normal. However, I kept receiving an error message – for no apparent reasons. Other DashTickets team members received similar errors – only for some members of staff to then find success – and, eventually, myself.
However, just a couple of days after I was able to register an account, I was then unable to login once more – and, worse still, my email to customer support went unanswered. As an Inclave casino, you are supposedly able to register and login using the Inclave system, too – but it seemed to me that the problem was on A Big Candy’s end – as I was still unable to login to my account.
So, if you do decide to give A Big Candy Casino a try, you may not be able to register – it’s something they obviously need to fix.

A Big Candy Casino doesn’t offer much in the way of bonuses and promotions – and even their promotions page doesn’t load properly! There are currently three promotions available: a welcome bonus, a no-deposit bonus, and a VIP program – details of which we’ll look at below.
Welcome Bonus
A Big Candy Casino’s welcome bonus has remained pretty much the same since the site launched – with the only thing changing being the game which your free spins can be used on. The deposit bonus is delivered in the form of a 330% matched deposit bonus + 30 free spins to use on the slot Sparking Fortunes.
Now, it’s a sticky bonus – so you play with both your deposit and bonus funds at the same time – and the wagering requirements for the bonus are 30x. However, there is a maximum cashout limit of $10,000 or 10x your bonus amount – whichever value is lowest. This is never something I like to see.
No-Deposit Bonus
A Big Candy Casino is currently running a no-deposit bonus promotion – although they don’t have a page offering any information about it – as their promotions page appears to be broken!
New players can claim 120 free spins with no deposit required – and these free spins can be used on RTG’s Tarot Destiny slot. When signing up, you must use the bonus code DESTINY120 to claim – and the wagering requirements are 35x.
A Big Candy Casino VIP Program
A Big Candy Casino offers a tiered VIP program aimed at rewarding regular players with a variety of ongoing benefits. Players are automatically considered for VIP upgrades based on their deposit activity, although we were unable to find any information on what amounts you need to deposit to reach any tier other than “Depositor.”
The program is divided into six levels: Depositor, VIP 1, VIP 2, VIP 3, VIP 4, and VIP 5. As players progress through the tiers, they unlock additional perks. From the casino’s VIP information page, we saw a list of stated benefits – which includes things like free spins, an “Appreciation Chip”, up to weekly insurance of up to 30%, loyalty bonuses, dedicated VIP support, and more.
VIPs are also offered higher withdrawal limits. VIP4 and VIP5 players can request withdrawals of up to $10,000 in a 7-day period – although these are still capped at $2,500 per withdrawal.

A Big Candy Casino scores pretty poorly in the payments department. There are just four payment methods available for withdrawals – with a high minimum deposit of NZ$30 – and only two for withdrawals.
What’s more, when we asked the customer support team on live chat, they simply specified “crypto” and “wire transfers” for withdrawals. However, a look at their actual withdrawal page showed Bitcoin as the only crypto available – so there’s some ambiguity here.

Unfortunately, withdrawal limits are pretty low at A Big Candy Casino. Players are limited to withdrawing just $5,000 per week – with a maximum value per-withdrawal of $2,500.

However, I can’t say I was happy with the customer support services I received. I emailed the customer support team explaining the issues I had with the site – and I never received a response. While the issues were fixed, I wasn’t notified about this – and had to randomly check a number of days later to see whether they were resolved!
The site also has a FAQ page – but I found it pretty basic, and didn’t really find it offering anything of substance.

While not displayed on their website, we also found information that the casino is owned and operated by Anden Online N.V – a Curacao-based company.
Security Measures
A Big Candy Casino says they require players to verify their accounts before withdrawals can be made. Their website is secure – as shown through Chrome’s “this site is secure” tab.

When I was writing this review of A Big Candy Casino, I spent some time browsing the web to see what other players were saying about the site. In short – the reviews aren’t good. TrustPilot, for example, is filled with reviews claiming “scam” etc.
Now, this is definitely something to be wary of – but I do want to point something out. Players§ generally only take to social media and review websites when they have a negative experience with a brand. This goes even for the larger more well-respected brands, too. So, proceed with caution – but don’t rely on these player reviews 100%.
Is A Big Candy Casino Legit?
Big Candy Casino wasn’t without its issues – as I’ve shown you throughout this review. However, they do appear to be a fairly solid brand overall – but if you’re looking for a casino with lightning-speed customer support and top-notch site functionality, you may prefer to play elsewhere. I’m hoping the issues with the site were a one-off and they do appear to have been rectified – but it’s still something I had to point out.
