Greatest "I should have stopped" moment ever

You know when you're up, feeling good, and then out of nowhere—bam—it’s all gone because you just couldn’t walk away? Yeah… happened to me last night. Was up $400 playing blackjack, but instead of cashing out, I thought, "One more hand." Ten hands later, back to zero. ?

What’s the worst time you should have stopped but didn’t? Tell me I’m not alone.

We’ve all been there. Last week, I doubled a $50 deposit to $300 playing slots. Figured I’d do "just a few more spins" to push it to $350. Ended up cashing out with $7.50. ?

Man, I once turned $100 into $1,200 at roulette. Just kept playing to try and reach $1,500. You already know how that ended… zero. Not even mad at the casino, just mad at myself.

Mine wasn’t even a big loss, just pure stupidity. Won $80 from free spins, and the withdrawal button was RIGHT THERE. But nooo, I had to try and round it up to $100. Lost everything in 5 minutes. ?‍♂️

@randomguy That’s literally me. There’s something about round numbers that just messes with my brain. Like, why is $80 not good enough??

Once had a perfect $500 cashout ready. Then talked myself into pushing it to $600. Ended up depositing another $100 to “win it back.” Spoiler: I did not win it back.

This thread is too real. My biggest mistake? Sitting at a poker table for “just one more orbit” after a big win. Thirty minutes later, I’m walking out with half my stack gone. Greed is a hell of a drug.

Glad to know I’m in good company making bad life choices. Next time, someone slap the mouse out of my hand before I press spin again.
