Description Complaint status: Noted but not accepted for ADR. Complaint: I’m trying to pass the KYC check at Richard Casino for 2 days now… but they keep saying I need to send more documents. I don’t have any more documents, I submitted my ID, my passport and my utility bill though it was not in my name DashTickets response: Thank you for submitting your feedback about Richard Casino, but this is at the moment not a casino that we have contact with so we will not be able to assist you further with your query. It is also unclear if you’re doing the KYC check because you want to withdraw the money and Richard Casino is moving the goalposts. Also, you must submit a utility bill that’s in your name. |
