Description Complaint status: Accepted for ADR, casino was not to blame. Complaint: I read your reviews and signed up with Playfina, claimed the bonus and got close to claiming it but then the management took it away. They say I placed too large of a bet, which I indeed did, but it was no excuse to simply confiscate my winnings. They returned the deposit though. DashTickets response: Thank you for submitting your feedback about Playfina. According to our records you have not registered an account through our links so we will accept the complaint for ADR and will inform the casino, but we won’t accept the case fully. We have informed the casino about your complaint, and based on what you say and the screenshots that you submitted, you indeed placed too high of a bet. Some casinos will use an excuse to confiscate, that is true, while others will make sure to warn you beforehand with a popup if you’re about to breach the T&Cs. |
