TechSolutions Group N.V.

This profile distinguishes three types of documents: company and licence identifiers, domain-specific certificates, and dated regulatory findings. They each answer a different question. A domain certificate links a named website to a company and licence. A regulatory decision provides description of the service and provider investigated. An operator listing from a foreign jurisdiction can link a different company to the same domain.

The verified-brands count applies to the three domains certified by CGA to be operated by TechSolutions. It does not constitute either an ownership count across the globe, an endorsement of the casinos or an affirmation that their licensing arrangements are the same everywhere. Historical enforcement decisions retain their dating.

TechSolutions is connected to both online casino and sports betting sites. Of the four brands discussed here, some of them offer casino games along with betting products. 20Bet offers a company overview in the published description, which was last updated on 4 August 2026 and mentions TechSolutions Group N.V. as the operator of 20Bet brand launched in 2020. The company overview describes slots, table games, live dealer games and sports betting. The year mentioned is the year when 20Bet was launched, not the incorporation year of TechSolutions.

Regulatory History

In terms of the company’s regulatory history, the documents refer to Australia (National Casino and Bizzo Casino) as well as to Sweden and Spain (multiple brands). These documents show the date when the company operated and offer the dated information about its activities without stating that each successive version of the brand operates under the same legal framework.

According to CGA certificate, TechSolutions Group N.V. is incorporated in Curaçao and has the company number 144920. The number can also be found in connection with TechSolutions Group B.V. in the register of 21 September 2026. The identical identifier proves that it is the same company. However, the certificates and the register do not explain why there are different suffixes (N.V. and B.V.) in their titles.

Australian and Swedish documents of 2022 mention TechSolutions Group N.V. at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50, Curaçao. The address refers to the historically documented office, but does not confirm the company’s current registered office. TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited is referred to in the ACMA warning for Bizzo Casino. ACMA considers the Cyprus and Curaçao companies to be providing the same service and issued two warnings. The involvement in the project does not mean that these companies can replace each other and that the former owns the latter.

In Entry 303 of the CGA licence register dated 21 September 2026 is recorded:

Certificates issued for the domain 20Bet, Bizzo Casino and National Casino, instead, bear the name of TechSolutions Group N.V. Their company and licence numbers are the same, they indicate 14 April 2025 as the date of the licence issue, and have the status Active. These are separate descriptions. The registry's date of expiry field cannot be used as a sole proof of a revoked licence, and certificates cannot be used to hide the assessment status of the register.

Historic references include 8048/JAZ2017-067. This is a historic reference of Curaçao licences, which should not replace the newer OGL licence number. A Curaçao licence or certificate represents authorisation of Curaçao. It does not override any restrictions or licensing conditions of any other jurisdictions.

The table below separates CGA certificate information from historic enforcement findings. Domains are listed to indicate which websites are covered by the certificates.

Separate Kahnawà:ke Records

The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission's permit-holders list, accessed on 28 September 2026, lists all four domains under Starsten Limited. These listings are made by Starsten, not TechSolutions. They do not constitute an authorisation of Kahnawà:ke held by TechSolutions only due to overlapping domains.

These listings do not, in and of themselves, determine the transfer date or the complete move from one operator to another of all four brands. They document separate authorisations. In the case of an individual account, the correct company should be determined from the terms and authorisation of the account.

Later Australian Provider Records

According to the 2025 ACMA publication related to National Casino and Bizzo Casino, Consolutetish S.R.L. is a listed provider. The publication page has been updated on 17 July 2025. This provides an additional later provider record for two services that used to be attributed to TechSolutions in Australian investigations. It does not undo the prior findings or determine the terms of a worldwide brand transfer. Therefore, the profile contains the records of different providers and dates instead of listing all overlapping names as subsidiaries, successors or alternate spellings of TechSolutions.

Australia

The ACMA's July to September 2021 report contains formal warnings against TechSolutions Group N.V. and TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited regarding National Casino. ACMA has delivered a formal warning against TechSolutions Group N.V. regarding Bizzo Casino on 1 August 2022. The investigation has started on 22 March 2022 and involved the examination of bizzocasino.com.

According to ACMA, TechSolutions provided a prohibited interactive gambling service to clients physically located in Australia contrary to subsection 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. The other notice, of the same date, is related to the Cyprus company. These documents provide formal warnings but not Australian penalties or cancellation of the Curaçao licence. The later Consolutetish warning relates to a different provider.

Sweden

Spelinspektionen prohibited TechSolutions Group N.V. from providing gambling in Sweden without the proper licence on 20 September 2022. The investigation involved the examination of 20bet.com and 22bet.com. The authority discovered the marketing activities targeted at the consumers in Sweden through 20bet.se and 22bet.se and the fact that Swedish consumers were not prevented from registering. The prohibition has become effective immediately. The decision also mentioned the following websites run by TechSolutions at that time: National Casino and Bizzo Casino.

Spain

In the decision ES/2024/141, the Spanish gambling authority imposed a €10 million fine and a four-year disqualification for operating without the proper Spanish authorisation. The case relates to 22Bet, 20Bet, National Casino and Bizzo Casino. It also orders the cessation of illegal gambling activity in Spain and measures to interrupt it.

The individual decision specifies four years while the period specified in the government's general announcement about several operators is two years. The sanctions relate only to Spain, not the worldwide closure order.
