License status and website relationships are determined based on the record kept by the MGA. Terms of service of each brand listed in the table below also name N1 Interactive as the operator of these casino sites. Combined these data constitute a stronger basis for currently operating brands listing compared to old casino reviews and common affiliate programme.

Dutch enforcement data provides an independent account of company activity over periods when it was under investigation. Court decisions issued later are also included here since they show how the fine has been changed in the first case and the ultimate decision in regard to the second fine.

The company operates various gambling sites, under several names. While a customer knows the casino name, it is the operator named in the terms that manages his gambling account. Thus N1 Casino, PinoCasino and DuxCasino represent one and the same Maltese company, although the sites have different addresses and names.

In the terms the company describes its role as wider than only the provision of games. N1 takes responsibility for deposits, withdrawal and management of the funds of the players. The company sets the terms of the verification of the player account, of the restricted countries and of the complaints procedure on its casino websites. The terms are disclosed separately for every brand, thus the same operator is not a reason for equal payment limits or account rules in every website.

The company is disclosed in its casino terms as C 81457, registered in Malta. Its registered address is 206, Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta VLT1451, Malta. The full name disclosed by MGA is N1 Interactive Limited. The shortened name of N1 Interactive Ltd is also used in the casino terms. The combination of the same registration and address makes the identification of this disclosure with the same legal entity possible.

The privacy policy of Bob Casino, last updated on 17 June 2026, identifies N1 Interactive as the operator and data controller of the website. The policy discloses the role of the company not only as the provider of gambling services, but also as a data controller. The policy mentions a data protection officer who supervises the compliance and replies to the requests regarding privacy issues.

The complaints procedure provided in the casino terms makes a difference between the customer support and the internal management of the complaints. In case of an unresolved issue the player can escalate it into the company.

According to the MGA authorisation record of 4 October 2026, MGA/B2C/394/2017 is Listed as Licensed. It is a gaming service licence which authorises to deal with end customers. The activity type authorised is Type 1 gaming services with casino as the approved vertical. According to the legal disclosures of the casinos, the date of issuance of the licence is 1 August 2018.

Also included in the record is MGA/B2B/801/2020, a critical supply license, which has the status "Surrendered." This is an independent authorization for business-to-business supply. It must not be regarded as an additional active license, nor is the surrendered status of that license an indication of revocation of the B2C license.

A Maltese license does not decide on the possibility for a particular website to accept customers from all other countries. That is what the examples from the Dutch cases show: N1's Maltese licensed business was subjected to enforcement for offering gambling services to the Dutch customers without the corresponding authorization. Country restrictions are found in the terms and conditions of each individual casino.

Below is the list of 12 brands that both have a website in the MGA record and the published terms where N1 Interactive is declared as the operator of those casinos. The count treats alternative addresses for the same casino as domains, not additional brands. It covers the casinos described above, not all casinos that were ever run by the company.

The additional addresses in the MGA record include numbered domains for Betchan, Bob Casino, Cookie Casino, MasonSlots and Spinia. The presence of these domains explains the discrepancy between the number of domains and the number of brands. However, it does not indicate any movement to another operator of these casinos.

However, the information about historical cases involving Betchan and Bob Casino is still relevant since they refer to the actions of the same operator. These cases provide the current operator data and historical regulator decisions answering different questions, and both pieces should be included in the company record.

Betchan and the First Dutch Fine

The case file for Betchan maintained by Kansspelautoriteit includes the provision of gambling services without necessary license in the Netherlands online gambling market from at least 9 January to 9 September 2020. The original fine amounted to €500,000. It was imposed in March 2021 and announced in July 2021.

The case of 26 November 2025 has confirmed the substance of the enforcement action; however, it has cut the fine by €2,500 because of the length of the process. Thus, the sum became equal to €497,500. Moreover, the court has also confirmed the aggravating factor used by the regulator concerning inadequate age verification.

Bob Casino and the €12.64 Million Fine

In addition, in another decision of 20 December 2022, Ksa fined N1 with €12,640,000 regarding bobcasino.com. Investigations have shown that one can register, make deposits and gamble through the website in the Netherlands. The fine has been announced by the regulator together with sanctions for other operators on 3 March 2023.

The operator has challenged the decision, as well as the way of calculating the fine. The judgment of the Council of State from 22 April 2026 has rejected the claim and left the fine. Thus, it has accepted the view that the website targets partially the Dutch customers and has agreed with the aggravating factors.

These are the financial sanctions against the operator, not the decisions revoking the Maltese B2C license. Equally, having a Maltese license cannot change the Dutch decisions.

Subsequent Repeal of Swedish Prohibition

According to Spelinspektionen, N1 received a prohibition on offering gambling in Sweden on 1 July 2020. They also noted the prohibition being lifted on 29 March 2021 and marked the case as closed. This falls within the company's enforcement record, yet it is inappropriate to call it an active prohibition or a Swedish gambling licence.
