Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams is the Chief People & Brand Officer at The Lottery Corporation, Australia's largest lottery company. She has more than 25 years' experience in human resource roles.

Before joining The Lottery Corporation, she was Chief People Officer at Tabcorp Holdings. Earlier, she was Group Director of Human Resources at Fairfax Media. She has also held HR roles at AXA Asia Pacific Holdings and Colonial Limited.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
