Louise Tebbutt

Louise Tebbutt is the Chief People and Culture Officer of Crown Resorts. She has more than two decades of experience in people and culture roles.

Before joining Crown, she worked for large publicly listed Australian companies, including Myer, Coles, and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Her work has covered the design and delivery of people strategies, governance frameworks and culture programmes.

Crown describes her approach as focused on an inclusive and positive workplace, team member wellbeing and engagement, and building a culture of performance and accountability. She also works on developing organisational capability and supporting the growth of team members.

Tebbutt holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). She sits on the boards of the Australian Prostate Centre and RULE Prostate.
