Jorge Perez

Jorge Perez is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Crown Resorts, a role he started in May 2025. He has more than thirty years of international experience in the integrated resorts industry, covering hospitality, casino and finance operations.

Before joining Crown Resorts, he spent 26 years with MGM Resorts International. Earlier in his career he held various finance positions. He also led a multi-property strategy through the Covid pandemic. His most recent work before Crown was as a consultant, helping general partners find investment to develop a casino resort. Separately, he led strategy, finance and real estate for the largest privately owned restaurant group in New Orleans.

Crown's website says he has focused on improving the guest experience and has achieved sequential gains in employee engagement, customer satisfaction and profit.

Perez holds an Executive MBA from the University of Nevada and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Rice University in Texas.
