Grant Bowie

Grant Bowie is a Non-Executive Director of The Star Entertainment Group, appointed on 1 September 2026. He has more than 40 years' experience in tourism, gaming and hospitality.

Bowie began his career in finance and held a range of roles in public accounting and consulting in New Zealand, the United States and Australia. He then spent 16 years with Hilton Hotels Corporation in Australia, in several executive roles. During his last five years there he oversaw Hilton's Australian gaming and hospitality operations on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.

In 2003 he moved to Macau, where he worked first for Wynn Resorts and then for MGM Resorts. In these positions he was responsible for overall leadership, management, strategic development and expansion of the companies' operations.
