Glenn Davis

Glenn Davis is a director of SkyCity Entertainment Group. He is also Chair of the SkyCity Adelaide Board. He lives in Australia.

Davis has worked as a solicitor in corporate and risk matters across Australia for more than 35 years. His expertise covers large transactions, risk management and corporate activity regulated by the Australian Corporations Act and the ASX. He holds tertiary qualifications in law and economics and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He was appointed a director of SkyCity in September 2022. In the same month he became a director of SkyCity Adelaide and Chair of its board. At SkyCity he sits on the Risk and Compliance Committee, the Governance and Nominations Committee and the Transformation Sub-Committee.

Davis has wide board experience in the public, private, family and government sectors. He is currently a director of the ASX-listed companies Elders Limited, Adrad Holdings Limited and iTech Minerals Limited. Over many years he has served on boards in manufacturing, resources, retail, property, seafood and primary production.
