Gemma Allman

Gemma Allman is the Chief Government & Public Affairs Officer of Crown Resorts. She has more than 25 years of global experience in public and government affairs. She is based in Melbourne and leads the group's Government Relations & Public Affairs department, which shapes Crown's approach to public policy and external relations.

Allman began her career in Australian federal politics, where she worked as Chief of Staff across several Cabinet portfolios. She then spent more than a decade at ExxonMobil in the United States, holding several global leadership roles. Her last post there was Global Public and Government Affairs Manager, in which she led integrated campaigns to reduce reputational risk and support the company's global reputation.

She joined Crown Resorts in September 2024. Her work covers public policy, integrated advocacy and reputation management, and her career spans both the public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
