Elen Barber

Elen Barber is Managing Director - Online at SkyCity Entertainment Group, where she leads the company's online gaming business.

She has more than 20 years of experience in online gaming. Her earlier career included senior leadership roles at the international operators Super Group and Kindred Group, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. She has run sizeable profit and loss accounts and cross-functional teams, and has a record of driving digital growth and transformation.

At SkyCity she is helping to shape the company's online offering as New Zealand moves towards a regulated online environment, drawing on her international experience. Her stated aim is a safe, engaging and customer-focused experience. She is also working to create a more connected experience between SkyCity's land-based and online businesses, building on the strength and trust of the SkyCity brand.
