Bio
Ed Domingo is Chief Executive Officer of Crown Melbourne, part of Crown Resorts. He took up the post in April 2025. He has about two decades of experience in the integrated resorts sector in the United States.
Domingo started his career as a corporate attorney in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he specialised in structured finance and real estate law. He entered the gaming industry through the Caesars President's Associate programme, a leadership development scheme for MBA graduates, which he joined after completing his MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
His career includes roles at Caesars Entertainment and Rush Street Gaming, which gave him experience across several gaming jurisdictions. He later moved to MGM Resorts International, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. He then became President and Chief Operating Officer of Empire City Casino, another MGM Resorts property. There he led business strategy, people and culture initiatives and work on guest experience, while the property was prepared for conversion into a fully integrated resort.
Domingo joined Crown from MGM Resorts International. Besides his Fuqua MBA, he holds a JD from NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
