Donna Isaacs

Donna Isaacs is a Board Observer at The Star Entertainment Group. She started in that role on 1 September 2026 and is due to be appointed a Non-Executive Director of the company, subject to all regulatory and ministerial approvals.

Isaacs is a private investor and community leader. Her experience covers financial markets and risk, private investments, and community and philanthropic work in Australia and the United States.

She began her career as a money market dealer in Sydney, working for Mitsubishi Trust, Australia Bank and Macquarie Bank. In those roles she provided short-term funding and served institutional clients in the sale of short-term cash and treasury notes. She later moved into philanthropy, directing grant-making and managing community and stakeholder engagement as a trustee of the Isaacs Family Foundation.

The company says she brings financial acumen, compliance and governance insight, and stakeholder-focused leadership to the board. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
