Anne Brennan

Anne Brennan is an Independent Non-executive Director of The Lottery Corporation, Australia's largest lottery company. She chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the People & Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. She is also a Non-executive Director of GPT Group.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Career

Brennan began in professional services and was a partner at Ernst & Young, Andersen and KPMG. She also held senior management roles in large corporates, including Chief Financial Director at Coates Hire Limited.

As a non-executive director she has served on many boards. Gambling-related boards include Tabcorp Holdings and Echo Entertainment Group. Her other past directorships include Endeavour Group, Argo Investments, Charter Hall Group, Metcash, Myer, Nufarm, NSW Treasury Corporation, Rabobank Australia and Rabobank New Zealand, and Spark Infrastructure Group.

Her recent ASX directorships include Endeavour Group from June 2022 to November 2025, GPT Group since May 2022, and Argo Investments from September 2011 to October 2022.
