Bio

Adam Newman is the Chief Financial Officer of The Lottery Corporation, which describes itself as Australia's largest lottery company.

Before joining The Lottery Corporation, he was Chief Financial Officer of Tabcorp Holdings, having joined that company in 2019. Earlier, he was Chief Financial Officer of the ASX-listed energy company AusNet Services. He also held senior leadership roles at BlueScope Steel in Australia and the USA, and worked at BHP. His early career included time in the Perth and London Corporate Advisory Groups at Coopers & Lybrand.

Newman holds a Bachelor of Business, a Postgraduate Diploma of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He has attended the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
