Job Description

EVENT CREATION AND LIVE SCHEDULING

• Monitor automated event creation and publication processes, creating or publishing events manually when required.
• Prepare and maintain the live sports event schedule in collaboration with the Live Trading team.

RESULTS AND BET SETTLEMENT

• Oversee automated results processing and bet settlement, manually process results and make necessary corrections using official sources.

SPORTSBOOK CONTENT AND SERVICES

• Check the availability and accuracy of event dates and times, streaming coverage, scoreboards and statistics across web, mobile and retail channels.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

• Analyse operational issues and collaborate with Trading, Risk and IT teams to support their resolution.

INTERNAL SUPPORT

• Assist Customer Service and other operational teams with enquiries relating to sports events, results, bet settlement and refunds.

Qualifications

KEY SKILLS

• Strong sports knowledge

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good organisational skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

• Knowledge of the sports betting industry, as well as proficiency in operational systems and Excel, are considered assets

• Required languages: French / English or Dutch / English
