DashTickets: Filling The Gap Between Entertainment and Education
At DashTickets, we are driven by a passion for transforming education, especially by leveraging the power of entertainment. We believe that learning should be an engaging, enjoyable, and accessible tool for people from all corners of the world, regardless of race, background, or experience. Our mission is to integrate education with entertainment, and the DashTickets have aptly named this approach “Edutainment.”

Our History
Founded in 2008, DashTickets was initially focused on providing tickets for events. Over time, as our site evolved – and our readers did too – we’ve started focusing on other areas, with a core focus on online gaming/entertainment. This has also led us to begin supporting a number of education-based initiatives, details of which can read more about below.

At DashTickets, we do our best to picture a future where education is accessible to all – and FUN. We’re tired with the boring, mundane, “formal” process that so many people associate with childhood learning, and that’s why we take a more immersive approach, combining different forms of entertainment with our educational content.

DashTickets is committed to supporting students who are passionate about the intersection of entertainment and education. Through our scholarship programs, we offer financial assistance to undergraduate students across Europe who share the same vision as us, and by doing so, we feel that these students are perfectly positioned to become part of the next generation of thinkers and learners!
Scholarship Opportunities for Students
Our scholarship programs are designed to provide financial support to deserving students, and each successful application is handled on a case-by-case basis. Partial and full schoparships are available, and this is designed to ensure no student is excluded from furthering their education just because they can’t necessarily afford access to education.
Who Can Apply?
We invite students from high schools and universities to apply for our scholarships. We are looking for individuals from all fields of study and backgrounds who are enthusiastic about how entertainment can enhance education.
What We Offer
The most deserving participants will receive substantial scholarships to support their educational expenses, such as tuition fees, course materials, or living expenses if they are studying away from home.
How to Participate
To apply, students must submit an application, a motivational letter, and a short essay which focuses on the theme: “How does edutainment contribute to learning and personal growth in the digital age?”
All applications should include proof of current enrollment or an acceptance letter to a university, a short essay (1000-2000 words), and a motivational letter explaining their interest in the scholarship and their views on edutainment.

Selection Process
A panel of experts in education and entertainment will review all submissions. The winner will be chosen based on the creativity, relevance, and impact of their essay, as well as the quality of their motivational letter – and yes, we do review all applications, so please don’t worry about yours getting “lost in the crowd”!
