We have taken the company that runs the website, its address and who handles the payment and operations of the website from Roobet terms. The Curacao Gaming Authority Certificate allows us to verify that they are licensed and which domains they are licensed to operate on. We can verify the company name and registration number on the Curaçao chamber of commerce database. We have used the Anjouan database to verify the licence Ultima Spins Ltd hold.

We follow Roobets regulatory action through the published statements from Australia and Spain. For Roobets litigation we have looked at what the court stated in their opinion and order from September 2026. All deals are pulled from announcements by Roobet, Chelsea Football Club and Game providers or sports bodies. We keep any brand launch dates and licences granted alongside any new deals that may occur with these companies.

Raw Entertainment B.V. Operates Roobet which is a brand for consumers to use to play casino games. There are many different types of games available on Roobet. From 3rd party games to live casino to sports betting. Roobet also has its own games known as Roobet originals. Some examples of Roobet originals are Crash and Plinko. They also work with other studios to make more games for the casino.

When Roobet launched they advertised themselves as a crypto casino. Their terms allow them to take regular payments as well. A company based in Cyprus takes care of Roobets payments and operations. Roobet also has a section called Predictions which has its own set of terms. These terms explain that Roobet works with Polymarket to allow users to buy into events. Roobets latest terms for predictions were updated on 7th April 2026.

Many celebrities have helped Roobet create games for their platform as well as advertise their brand. In March 2023 Roobet announced a deal with Snoop Dogg. Gaming Corps announced that they were working with Snoop and Roobet on a new game called Snoop's High Rollers. Gaming Corps said that the game would be released to Roobet first before going to other operators.

Game providers have also helped Roobet grow their catalogue of games. Juice recently started to give their games to other operators that weren't previously using them. Roobet is one of the operators that Juice are giving their games to. Juice launched publicly on 9th September 2026 and have listed Roobet as one of their first operators.

Roobets terms state that they are run by Raw Entertainment B.V. They have a company that looks after there payments and operations called Raw Entertainment Ltd. Raw Entertainment B.V. is located in Curaçao and Raw Entertainment Ltd is located in Cyprus.

Roobet state on their website that there co founders are Matt Duea and Anthony Brennan. When Roobet announced their deal with the World Nineball tour they stated that Matt Duea was CEO. Chelsea stated that Anthony Brennan was there co founder and head of partnerships when announcing there deal with Roobet. We don't know when either of them became these roles.

Snoop Dogg was announced as Roobets "Chief Ganjaroo Officer" in March 2023. He was announced as a partner to the company to help with their brand and entertainment. Gaming Corps later announced a deal with Snoop and Roobet to create a new game.

Key People

Raw Entertainment B.V. Holds a licence from the Curacao Gaming Authority. Their licence number is OGL/2024/687/0427 and they are currently active. Their certificate states that their licence was granted on the 31st of July 2024. They have multiple domains that they are licensed to operate under.

Roobet has 13 domains that they are licensed to use. Some of these domains include Roobet.com Roobet.gg and Roobet.cash. As Roobet is a consumer brand we only have them listed once on our brand page.

We found another company on the Anjouan database that holds Roobet.com under their licence. Ultima Spins Ltd have a licence number of ALSI-202507005 and are listed as valid from 17th July 2025 until the 16th of July 2027. We don't know why there are two companies licensed to operate roobet.com.

Roobet is currently operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. Their terms state that they have a company that helps them with their payments and operations. Raw Entertainment Ltd is based in Cyprus and help them with there day to day running. We found that Roobet was previously operated by TekHou5 Limited in 2021 from a spanish statement.

We don't know when Raw Entertainment B.V. Became the operator of Roobet. But we know that they are the current operator and have had another company in the past.

Roobet has many deals with sports teams and brands. Chelsea announced that Roobet would be there betting partner in latin america and Canada in January 2025. Roobet also announced that they will be title sponsor of the European Open Pool Championship in 2026 and 2027. Roobet have also worked with many celebrities to build there catalog of games.

Roobet also offer there own games to users known as Roobet originals. Roobet also have a section on there site that they call Predictions. Roobet predictions has there own set of terms that outline their partnership with Polymarket.

Roobet Spain

In September 2021 Spain decided to sanction TekHou5 Limited. They fined them 5 million euros and banned them from operating gambling services in spain for two years. Roobet also had to stop doing business in Spain. We believe that this enforcement action was done while TekHou5 Limited was the operator of Roobet.

Roobet Australia

The Australian Government found that Roobet was offering prohibited interactive gambling services to their citizens. We don't know if they fined Roobet for this but have added it to their timeline. Australia is currently listed on Roobets restricted countries.

Roobet Litigation

Raw Entertainment B.V. has been involved in litigation in the United States. The court issued a decision in the district of Minnesota on the 21st of September 2026. The court dismissed some claims without prejudice and did not dismiss others. We have added more information about this case to there timeline.
