Rock Swift Group Limited appears in the published information about the companies that operate Cosmo Casino and Casino Kingdom. Their registered office address is in the Water’s Edge Building, Meridian Plaza, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and the Cosmo Casino’s license number of Kahnawà:ke is 00884.

In respect of the United Kingdom, the information of the company running Zodiac Casino mentions another company called Apollo Entertainment Limited registered in Malta with registration number C-45483. The registered address of Apollo Entertainment Limited is Villa Seminia, Suite 2, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta’ Xbiex XBX 1011, Malta.

Apollo Entertainment Limited Gambling Commission page, accessed on 9 October 2026, includes active license for running remote casinos. The provided licence number of the legal entity is 038620-R-319310-013 and the licence is granted for the authorised activity from 1 November 2014. It is a license of British operation and cannot cover all sites of the Casino Rewards network in the world.

For the Fresh Horizons, the Kahnawà:ke certificate attached to the Captain Cooks Casino indicates that this company holds the position of Primary Client Provider Authorization holder. It also includes data on a permit, which was issued since 1 November 2000 and expires on 16 May 2029. In the Captain Cooks Casino terms, there is mention on license number 00972.

However, Rock Swift publications require some additional attention. The regulator-hosted certificates attached to the Cosmo Casino and Casino Kingdom have the same expiry date – 19 May 2026. Although the sites declare Kahnawà:ke licensing, the expiration of the permits cannot prove any revocation made by this regulator. There should be other evidence required.

The Ontario-based directory iGaming Ontario, dated 1 September 2026, contains the following list of 7 Casino Rewards sites of the Apollo Entertainment Ltd. in Ontario: Captain Cooks Casino, Casino Classic, Golden Tiger, Grand Mondial, Luxury Casino, Yukon Gold Casino and Zodiac Casino.

At the same time, an identical brand presence under different operators internationally (Fresh Horizons) and regionally (Apollo) does not automatically imply an operator change. It requires clear evidence, including dates, that shows the shift of responsibility for the operation of one casino website or customer.

Moreover, at the time of our check on 9 October 2026, there were no recorded regulatory actions against Apollo on the Gambling Commission's regulatory actions web page. This British record does not nullify the Ontario notice.
